Notes: This series represents the total number of employed persons from the Labor Force Survey. Employed persons include all those aged 15 years and over who, during the reference period, are either: (a) at work for at least one hour for pay, profit, or without pay in a family-operated farm or business, or (b) with a job but temporarily not at work due to illness, vacation, or other reasons, including those expecting to start work within two weeks.1
