Notes: This series represents the total amount of housing assistance provided to households through housing units, security tenure, housing loans, and/or other programs administered by the government. Data is compiled from multiple government agencies:

  • National Housing Authority (NHA): Includes resettlement, calamity assistance, core housing, sites and services, AFP-PNP housing, and other housing assistance programs.1
  • Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC): Provides organized, homeless, and low-income families with access to fair shelter solutions.1
  • Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF/Pag-IBIG): Amount of housing loans granted under the End-User Financing Program.1
  • Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PGC): Housing units financed by commercial, thrift, and rural banks, as well as those sold by developers on installment basis and guaranteed by PGC.1
