Notes: The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Bottom 30% Income Households in Northern Mindanao measures price changes in goods and services typically consumed by families in the lowest 30% income bracket, relative to the baseline year. Price collection for this index is conducted simultaneously with the CPI for All Income Households through the Retail Price Survey.1
