Notes: This series shows the composition of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) using the expenditure approach at current prices. Under the expenditure approach, GDP is measured as the sum of five main components: household final consumption expenditure (HFCE), government final consumption expenditure (GFCE), gross capital formation (GCF), exports of goods and services, and imports of goods and services (subtracted). This breakdown shows how different sectors contribute to total economic activity and how the nation's output is utilized.1
